Contact and order forms (FormSubmit): The details from our enquiry and order forms are forwarded to us by email via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). In doing so, the form details and your IP address are transmitted to FormSubmit; a transfer to third countries is possible. Appointment booking (Calendly): You book calls via Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly processes the details you enter there, e.g. name, email address, phone number if provided and details of the appointment. After booking, Calendly redirects you to our website and passes booking details in the address; we use them for confirmation and – only with your consent to “Marketing” – for conversion measurement. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); data is transferred to the USA.
Payments (Stripe): Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland). You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we do not receive full card details. To confirm your order, we retrieve payment status, amount, currency and order reference from Stripe.
